Our former name, Seabreeze Crewing Manila Inc. (SCMI) was granted juridical personality on the 27th of December 2005 with its crew manning operations commencing on 1st January 2006 at 307-B Bonaventure Plaza Building, Greenhills Ortigas Avenue, San Juan City, Metro Manila.

With a growing number of dedicated young professionals equipped with knowledge and proficiency through quality maritime training, we renamed our company to Virtue Maritime Services Corp. (VMSC) in the year 2020.

Virtue has persevered through all the hardships and became significantly stronger as a result of the employees' unwavering resilience. Because of the increasing demand for domestic shipping and logistics, the company has achieved yet another milestone. On October 2, 2023, it created a new corporation and expanded its scope of expertise by extending into the field of domestic ship management.

And it's with great pride and honor that we are now one of the preferred homes of the finest Filipino seafarers employed around the seven seas and top-achieving domestic ship managers.
