With great pride, I take immense pleasure in introducing to you, Virtue Maritime Services Corp. We are in the business of recruitment and deployment competitive seafarers, and offer best crew manning services with utmost dedication and commitment at all times.

We are committed to providing well trained and competent Filipino Seafarers to ensure safety of the vessel and its cargo; health of people onboard and ashore; and compliance to environmental protection.

Understanding the needs of Maritime Industry and our Corporate Social Responsibility, and with a mission to empower our seafarers, we have our own Training Center which can help assess the capacity of every candidate in all ranks with no human intervention, and equip them with the knowledge and proficiency of work at sea needed for career advancement.

We also support and build partnership with Maritime Schools in the Philippines to train enthusiastic youth by providing them financial support, and later join our fleet of vessels.

Our team guarantee the capacity and capability of handling specialized and skilled seafarers and coordinate all crewing needs at any type of Merchant fleet and Offshore vessels. With over one and a half decade of crewing experiences, we already served and partnered with more than thirty (30) Clients/Principals worldwide.

Further, recognizing that mutual growth with business partners is the cornerstone of our development, we constantly strive to build better and lasting business relationships by understanding and consistently meeting the needs and expectations of all Interested Parties.

Virtue Maritime Services Corp. (VMSC) consists a number of professionals in the Maritime Industry. Its Marine Officers and other crew members have not only excelled in their own maritime field, but have undeniably contributed to the success of most notable manning agencies in Manila. VMSC Managers have also pioneered in other Maritime Institutions with vast experience in crew selection, training program, and deployment process. They are also committed to creating a positive impact in the society by producing disciplined and high-quality seafarers by understanding and recognizing their potentials and helping them to attain growth and career advancement.
With its pool of young professional officers at its core ,Virtue Maritime, is continuously increasing its pool of well trained cadets from various prestigious maritime schools of the country thru upgrading and teambuilding courses. Virtue Maritime, in its desire to all type of vessel at sea, has integrated crew of various experiences thru direct inter-active training hence, a multi-experience of qualified crew.

We have our own training center that help assess the capacity of every candidates in all ranks. We also cooperate with maritime schools in the Philippines to train excellent young seafarers by providing funds, equipment, personnel, and financial aid program.
