Virtue Maritime Shipmanagement Corp.'s core staff is composed of maritime professionals with skills in administration, engineering, navigation, and naval architecture. The mission, vision, objectives of the organization, and goals of the ISM Code which include ensuring maritime safety, preventing harm to people or loss of life, and preventing damage to the marine environment are all highly valued by the Shipmanagement team.
Given that domestic seafarers are important assets to ship management, our core staff recognizes the importance of creating a safety culture and integrating them into it. Training the seafarers through current maritime developments, motivating them to participate in the process, and adapting a risk-based thinking approach cultivate them to make wise decisions in any given circumstance.
We also recognize that soft skills such as leadership, problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail are essential to achieving our primary objective of bringing our seafarers safely back to their families while also ensuring customer and client satisfaction.
