VMSC's main objective is to provide the best crew manning services by deploying competitive and experienced seafarers; and produce quality home-grown crew who are fully compliant with the standards set in accordance to STCW Code 2010 Manila amendments and vessel's flag state requirements. We equip our seafarers with knowledge and proficiency through trainings and experiences to suit the prinicpal's needs and requirements on educational standards, good seamanship, environmental safety, ship's security and economic viability. Also, we train and mold our crew to be socially responsible and make positive contributions on the society by efficiently performing his duties and responsibilities at sea or ashore.
